BEFORE BOOKING
You can book via our homepage and by mail. However, we recommend the method via the homepage, because here we can guarantee that nothing will go wrong with the booking.
Team events and special openings please always request by mail.
Our rooms can be booked online up to 8 hours before the start of the game. However, if you want to play at short notice, you are welcome to call us or send us an email. Maybe we can find another game for you.
Yes, this is not an issue. With registration up to 24 hours before the start of the game by e-mail or telephone, we can add further players. These must be paid in advance via a payment link sent to you. However, the maximum number of players in the rooms must not be exceeded.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund players who have already paid online. But here we find a solution that we all agree with.
According to § 312g para. 2 No. 9 BGB, a revocation is excluded, since it is a leisure activity, which provides for a specific date for the performance. Depending on which ticket option was selected at the time of booking, it is possible to change the booking or exchange it for a voucher.
DURING THE GAME
In general, we allow play for ages 10 and up (our Monster in the City tour is already for ages 6 and up). Children and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Some rooms have an age restriction, which you can find on the room info page.
No! You book the room for your group, there will be no outside players with you.
Obviously intoxicated players are not allowed for safety reasons (your safety and that of our rooms).
The team leader on site will decide if you are still fit to play with alcohol level.
Each room is attended by a live actor. This sometimes plays more, sometimes less of a role during your game.
Some rooms can be creepy. That’s why they have the age restriction from 16.
However, if you are too scared, feel free to let us know. We’ll find a solution so you can play all our rooms.
GIFT VOUCHERS
You can buy different vouchers online. If not ordered otherwise, you will receive these only as a PDF to your specified mail.
Should you want a nice gift certificate with wrapping, etc., you will need to add this option at the time of purchase.
But you can also buy vouchers on site during our opening hours.
There is a code on each of our vouchers. You can enter this during the booking of a room in the order process.
You can also bring the voucher with you to the store if you have selected on-site payment.
Each voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
When booking you enter the coupon code and it will automatically be issued the surcharge you then have to pay when booking.
