A routine working day at the Kramer Institute for Disease Research – until the alarm sounds. A deadly virus has broken out. Highly contagious, lightning fast. Within minutes, the first researchers collapse screaming. Panic breaks out. Chaos. Then the total lockdown.
Two hours after the arrival of a contamination team – radio silence. Nobody knows what is happening inside. But inhuman screams emanate from the building. Toxic green fumes billow out of the ventilation shafts, wafting through the corridors like the last sign of life from a failed experiment.
Since that day, no one has dared to enter the institute. Sealed. Forgotten. A memorial to horror.
So far.
Because a new epidemic is raging in Munich, frighteningly similar to the one from back then. The clock is ticking. The only hope lies behind the locked doors of the Kramer Institute. Deep in the darkness, where the horror never died.
